Daily Habits

Starting small, I believe, is the best way to getting myself in motion towards doing big stuff that I’md like to do in life but which I know I’mm probably too lazy or wimpish to get round to if I just launch into that straight from the start.

Starting small is key. So too is building up habits. Doing things repeatedly until they just become part of who you are. Do these things early in the day and you’re on your way to a healthier mindset for the day.

    1. Do press ups while the kettle boils. Then drink a glass of water.
    2. Listen to Thought for the Day at ten to 8.
    3. Stretch your hamstrings up on the bath while you brush your teeth
    4. Grab an apple as you leave the house (you could keep a fruitbowl by where you keep your keys)
