I love wild swimming, especially in remote and beautiful places. So the chance to swim under the sea ice in the Arctic Ocean was too good to turn down. Here’s a short video I made about the experience.
Personally I think swimming below the ice is one of the craziest things Man can do – I guess its the combination of claustrophobia and the cold shock reflex! Did you guys have any previous exposure to train for the effects?
