Sounds scary and beautiful in the same time :)
Good luck guys – I’m really praying you get the funding. If anyone deserves it you do! Much more interesting than Clarkson going to the pole or Ben Fogel (nice guy) walking 200 miles or whatever it was they did.
This is the real deal.
Cheers Ed
I’m glad that SOUTH is back in action! This is a great sponsorship video, it definitely emphasizes the team’s experience and the significance of the expedition.
There was a woman who got several legs of a sailing voyage funded through Kickstarter. Have you guys considered going the crowdfunding route?
I’ve been following Ben’s blog for years now and yours somewhat less. I can not imagine anything more daring, perfectly thrilling than following the three of you in your preparations and journey. I’ll keep you in my thought whenever I’m praying to the gods to grant voyagers a safe journey.
Awesome – Good luck! Nice to see such an epic expedition being attempted by you guys, no doubt it will be completed successfully!
Congratulations fellas, will be following your progress.
Good luck! What a journey. I read the Ranulph Fiennes book about the early attempts on the South Pole. That’s a staggeringly tough thing to do. I’m looking forward to hearing about your journey.
