Living hard and living fast. Living on the edge and living free. Living.
The rewards are there, but so too is the risk. The risk that it goes wrong.
Micah Dash, Jonny Copp and Wade Johnson died recently whilst climbing in China.
They were young, talented, and so full of life that it killed them.
This is one of their videos that asks “if the price of failure is so high, why take the risk?”
It’s a really good video, made more poignant by their sad loss.
This video/post blew me away and knocked the stuffing out of me at the same time. I suppose if you continually push the limits to the extreme, you are perpared to accept the consequences. Respect to them and their ultimate commitment.
Pursue your potential to the limit of your control and you risk cutting your life short.
Decide to play it safe, and you risk living a very long life of watching TV.
Which is fine if the TV’s what you want, right? Or not?
