| They are all linked together. They all also improve our physical and mental health. And each is amplified by shifting baselines as we grow accustomed to new, improved ‘norms’.
There are two things that I find encouraging here:
- Each of these things is fun in itself. None of it makes my life worse.
- Taking action on one of these things likely has a positive impact in other areas too.
