Lemongrass in Camden is a one-man restaurant. Thomas is boss, cook, sous-chef and dish washer. He’s a very nice man, and his beef is very, very nice indeed. Now I want to visit Cambodia!

Loving your project Al and I’ve been to Cambodia. I found the food in Cambodia great, but not as good as places nearby like Thailand. If you haven’t been to Cambodia you certainly should. They are such a friendly people.
