You may want to also say that it’s available on Amazon.com for people in the US (I had to search to make sure) and possibly elsewhere. I realize you may want to funnel people to that particular website, but I don’t buy books from anywhere besides Amazon. I’m guessing I’m probably not alone in that.
The problem (at the moment) is that Amazon US is charging international shipping. The Book depository website is free worldwide.
